1. Beeswax and cocoa butter

The wax will give the required shine and cocoa butter will give it color and flavor.

Add two tablespoons of beeswax to a bowl, add three teaspoons of cocoa butter, keep stirring this till the wax and the butter melt. Add half a teaspoon of castor oil, add 1/2 a teaspoon of sesame oil, add 1/2 a teaspoon of almond oil, add two drops of peppermint essential oil, mix this well. Remove the bowl from the vessel, keep stirring till the mixture cools down, and pour this in a small container. You may apply it with a small makeup brush. Since it does not have a dark shade you can use it with any color lipstick you apply.

2. Beeswax and coconut oil

The coconut oil will help to keep your lips moist.

Add three tablespoons of beeswax in this bowl, add 3/4 cup of coconut oil, add 2 teaspoons of almond oil, stir this till the wax melts. Once it’s melted, remove it from the heat and add 15 drops of rose essential oil to this, mix this well and let it cool, transfer this in a convenient container. You may use it with the help of a small makeup brush or an applicator stick.

  2. Place a glass bowl into it.

Red Lipstick

Heat three cups of water in a saucepan, now place a glass container on the saucepan, add 1 tablespoon of beeswax to this bowl, add 1 tsp of shea butter, add 1 tsp of coconut oil, keep stirring while the mixture melts.  Once done, remove the bowl off the flames, add a pinch of natural organic red food color, add a drop of peppermint essential oil, mix this well, transfer this in a storage container.  The lipstick is ready.  Apply this with the help of a lipstick brush.
