  • Honey.
  • Vaseline.

How to apply?

  • Apply a layer of honey on your lips.
  • Apply a layer of Vaseline on top of this.
  • Leave these on for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Use a damp tissue or a damp cloth to wipe it off.

How often to repeat this process?

Repeat this once every day for about a week for lasting results.

 

Rose petals

Rose petals have skin nourishing properties because they contain vitamin E.  They also help to retain the natural color of your lips.

Things you need:

  • Rose petals.
  • Milk.

How to apply?

  • Soak 5 to 6 rose petals in 1/2 cup of milk for two to three hours.
  • Gently mash the petals in the milk to get a paste.
  • Apply this based on your lips and keep it on for about 20 minutes.
  • Rinse it off with cold water.

How often to repeat this process?

Cucumber

This cool vegetable can be your best friend during summers, so utilize it to treat your dry and chapped lips.  Cucumber is an excellent hydrating agent for the skin.

Things you need:

  • Cucumber slices.

Methods:

1:  Rub the cucumber slice gently on your lips for a minute or two.

2:  Leave the cucumber juice on for 10 minutes and then wash your lips.

3:  You can also mash 1 to 2 cucumber slices and apply this as a mask on your lips.

How often to repeat this process?

Apply cucumber on your lips once or twice every day.

 

Aloe vera

  • Lemon juice.
  • Honey.
  • Castor oil.

  • Mix 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp castor oil in a cup.
  • Apply as a mask on your lips.
  • Keep it on for about 10 minutes and then rinse with water.

How often to repeat this process?

Repeat this procedure daily for 7 to 10 days.

 

                         Rosewater and Honey

This remedy will help prevent cracks on the lips and acts as a superb moisturizer.

Things you need:

  • 2 tsp of rosewater.
  • 1 tsp of honey.

How to apply?

  • Take two teaspoons of rosewater.
  • Add one teaspoon of honey.
  • Mix it well, apply this on your lips.
  • Leave it on for 20 minutes and wash it off with normal water.

How often to repeat this process?

Do this regularly until your lips gets ready.

 

Glycerin and Honey

How it helps?

Honey and glycerin will help to prevent wrinkling and dry lips.

Things you need:

  • 1 tsp of honey.
  • Few drops of Glycerin.

How to apply?

  • Take a teaspoon of honey and add a few drops of glycerin to it.
  • Apply this mixture on the lips and leave it on for 20 minutes.
  • Wash it off with normal water.
  • Apply a few drops of glycerin again and leave it to overnight.

How often to repeat this process?

Repeat this process for a twice a day for a week.

 

Honey, Coconut oil, Brown sugar

How it helps?

Raw honey to hydrate and smooth your lips.

Coconut oil to heal your lips, if you have painful crack with redness.

Lastly light brown sugar to work as an exfoliator also it helps to get all of that dead skin and dry flakiness off of the lips.

 Things you need:

  • Honey.
  • Coconut oil.
  • Brown sugar.

How to apply?

  • Take 1/4 teaspoon of coconut oil, 1/4 teaspoon of honey and 1/4 teaspoon of sugar.
  • Mix all these well and apply mixture onto your lips in circular motions for about 30 seconds.
  • Wipe it with a damp towel.

Finally, to rehydrate your lips moisture

  • Apply honey again onto your lips and leave it on for about 10 to 15 minutes.

 

                              Ghee

 

Take clarified butter also known as ghee.

Apply it on your lips before going to bed.

 

 

 

                                    Water

 

Drink at least eight to ten glasses of water every day.

Basically this helps to flush out the toxins from your body and keep the lips soft.
